Solicitor - Corporate & Commercial

Our clients are seeking a NQ to 2 year PQE solicitor to join their Corporate and Commercial team, based in Peterborough but working closely with colleagues across their other sites.
You may have undertaken a seat in a reputable Corporate and Commercial department during your training contract and now have a passion to move into this area of law. Or, you may have already undertaken your first commercial practice role (mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and advice) and are now looking to further your skills and experience in a firm where you can build a long-term career.
You will have demonstrable drafting skills and clear communication skills to distil complex legal terminology into plain English. You understand the importance of continual learning, you are resilient and thrive on working hard to get a great result for your client. You will be involved in business development and may already be a confident networker or feel ready for greater exposure to this.
