Commercial/Residential Property Solicitor, West Midlands, 3 years+ PQE - The firm are currently looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join their offices dealing with a mixed caseload of property matters; 75% Commercial and 25% Residential. The firm have considerable experience in all aspects of commercial property related work, providing expert advice across all sectors of business property. They act for clients in the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial properties - both freehold and leasehold - ranging from shops and offices to industrial units, public houses, restaurants, hotels and also investment property. The firm are experienced in dealing with leases and lease renewals for both Landlords and Tenants and give practical advice on all aspects of the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases. They advise on the rent review procedures set out in a lease and the steps needed to be taken to comply with the obligations and achieve a fair rent and deal with local transactions and also relocations to and from all areas of England and Wales. The firm equally advise on all your conveyancing needs, including; freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions and freehold enfranchisement, re-mortgages, employee Relocation conveyancing schemes, gifts of property, deeds of variation, residential tenancies and transfers of equity.
COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
An excellent communicator, you will excel at gaining the confidence of clients you are working with and handle their matters in a succinct and professional manner. You will need the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and show a genuine commitment to their care. Naturally resilient, you will be able to cope with demanding situations and be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. You will be tenacious and thorough with good commercial judgement, have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work - and be looking to take on high levels of responsibility from the outset.
