A prestigious US law firm with an outstanding global reputation in the legal market is seeking 2 mid-junior level Corporate Associate Solicitors to join their Corporate practice in London. This leading firm is a global and UK leader among law firms involved in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. The transactional experience of their lawyers, the breadth of their practice and the geographical reach of their offices worldwide have allowed them to maintain their position as leaders. This law firm has a continuous history of being awarded industry accolades for its Corporate work.

Your new role
The successful candidates will join the London Corporate practice, predominantly handling M&A but should be versatile and will be expected to undertake a broad range of corporate transactions including public and private M&A. As a member of the M&A team you will have the added advantage of working with and alongside the firm's US and European colleagues. You will act for a broad range of public and private companies, private equity firms and financial sponsors, investment banks, governmental entities, and other institutions and individuals in almost every type of M&A situation.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm is looking for 2 junior to mid-level Associate Solicitors. The successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE in the legal corporate world and will have qualified as a solicitor in a relevant European or common law jurisdiction, although those with less or more experience who can demonstrate relevant experience will be considered on their merits. The role will require excellent experience in managing client relationships, business development and the ability to assist clients on day to day assignments. The successful candidates must also possess the skills to take on a high level of responsibility and manage a challenging work load within a fast paced and supportive environment. The successful candidates must currently work for a leading law firm and possess a first class academic record.
