Locum Family Lawyer

An experienced locum or contract Family Solicitor or Legal Executive is required to join a Private Practice in Kent to cover a period of permanent recruitment. The position is due to start in the autumn and is likely to last for two to three months in duration.

The successful candidate will be covering a full caseload encompassing mostly privately funded family matters with some light legal aid cases. The matters you will be handling will include:

• Divorce
• Separation
• Civil Partnership
• Matrimonial Finance
• Pre and post nuptial agreements
• Private children matters

Previous experience as a Family Locum would be of benefit but is not a pre-requisite. Candidates are expected to work unsupervised and be able progress the matters in hand as well as accept new instructions.
