The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Private Client Lawyer on a full or part time basis in the Dunmow/Chelmsford area. Ensuring a personable and professional service at all times, the successful Lawyer will manage an existing caseload to include: will drafting; preparing and registering LPAs; estate administration; advising on Intestacy Rules and; probate matters. Keen to play an active role in the continued growth of the department and practice as a whole, the successful Lawyer will participate in business development initiatives, building client relationships to generate referrals whilst maintain the strong relationships they already have. With opportunities for flexible working including part time over 2-3 days per week and a competitive remunerations package, this is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a growing team. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in all aspects of Private Client;
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be client-focused, able to deliver a personable and professional service;
You will be highly organised and detail orientated;
You shall have a desire for professional development.
