Property Legal Officer
Property Legal Officer required to join a very friendly, easily accessible local authority based in Bedfordshire for an initial 6 month locum period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team within a large public sector organisation. The successful Property Legal Officer will be assisting with the following matters;
- Residential Conveyancing
- Leases and Licences
- Disposals and Acquisitions
- Title Matters
The ideal candidate will be an experienced legal officer, ideally having worked in a similar role within another local authority, although this is not essential.
Good IT skills are a must for this role, along with the ability to use case management systems.
