Your new role

This role will see you investigate and resolve pre-litigated and litigated cases where fraud is suspected. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a niche and complex area of law where you will be required to build on existing claims experience and provide clients with a high level of service. This role is ideal for anyone with a fraud or RTA background.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified solicitor or experienced paralegal / legal executive who is used to running a caseload and assisting partners on more complex work. You should have a strong desire to advance your career and contribute to a firm which will match your ambition. A defendant background is preferable but candidates from a claimant background will also be considered.
