On-going locum assignment – £30 - 35 per hour DOE – Derbyshire – Immediate Start

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a well established firm working out of their Derbyshire based office. Due to an influx of work they require an established Locum to join their Property department to assist in continually providing a high quality service to their clients.

Role description
You will be working within a busy conveyancing team, taking full responsibility for a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files; progressing matters from initial instruction to post completion.
Due to an influx of work locum assistance is required for approximately 3 weeks commencing ideally next week .
There will be an attractive hourly rate of between £30-35 per hour which is dependent on experience. Candidates seeking a rate outside of this bracket are also welcomed to apply and will be considered on a case by case basis.

About you
You will be an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner capable of effectively managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters autonomously. You would be available for an immediate start or within the next week.
