Are you a Conveyancer with a couple of years of experience looking to find a firm where you can thrive and develop your skills? Are you looking to build on your current expertise in a supportive environment?
Our client, an established traditional Law firm based in Nelson seek to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing Firm.
The Role will involve managing an existing case load of conveyancing matters from start to finish and will be made up of Sales and Purchase, Right to Buy, Transfer of Equity, Re-Mortgages, Lease Hold and Free Hold. There is also the option to take on some light Commercial property work in addition.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience of handling a wide spectrum of cases to include freehold and leasehold files, sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity and new builds.
In addition you will be a proven team player and have the ability to hit the ground running.
