Position: Locum Commercial Property Conveyancer

Rates: £30-40 per hour

Dates: ASAP - Ongoing

Urgently seeking a Locum Commercial Property Conveyancer for a long term, high paid Locum role.

Our client is a large, well established firm of solicitors specialising in Residential and Commercial Property Conveyancing. The company firmly believes in transparency between both Conveyancer and Client, which has allowed them to build a firm with the client at heart.

The successful Locum Commercial Property Conveyancer should be experienced in both handling a varied caseload as well as providing assistance to other members of the team. The candidate will be supporting the Commercial Conveyancing team during a busy period. The successful candidate should have experience working with both sales and purchases as well as a practised knowledge of Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing, they should also have a good legal knowledge and be able to hit the ground running.

The Locum Commercial Property Conveyancer will be offered a competitive salary working on a full time basis.
