The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Employment Lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice in Hounslow. Becoming part of a specialist team, the successful Lawyer will act for companies and individuals, handling contentious and non-contentious matters which will include: discrimination; HR support; drafting employment contracts and other documentation; tribunal representation; redundancies; TUPE and; compromise agreements. The ideal Lawyer will also become involved in business development and marketing activities to ensure the continued growth and success of the department.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years’ plus PQE gained within a reputable Employment Law department.
You must have excellent technical skills with contentious and non-contentious expertise.
You will have first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will be a confident advocate with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
An aptitude for business development is essential for the position.
You will be IT literate.
Additional expertise in another practice area is desirable but not essential for the position.
You will be driven, personable and possess a high level of commercial awareness.
