The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Child Panel Member to join our clients’ thriving practice in Hounslow. Becoming part of a growing team, including partners of the firm; the successful Solicitor will handle a challenging caseload consisting predominantly of care proceedings, acting for children, parents and other parties to include providing representation at PLO, emergency and final hearings. A good working knowledge of LAA processes is therefore essential for the position. Additionally, the ideal Solicitor will manage some public and private family matters and assist with business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and membership of the Law Society Children Panel.
You must have excellent technical and client care skills.
You will be able to handle a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be a confident advocate with first class negotiation skills.
You will be dedicated, driven and personable with a detail-orientated approach.
