The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Location: East Sussex
Contract Type: Locum Assignment

Our client is a leading, long established Sussex firm with a fantastic reputation. The firm is seeking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their highly trained legal team on a full time locum basis to cover holiday. The role would suit an experienced conveyancer who is technically competent and is available from the 18th of September.

This opportunity will allow the Locum Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of matters which will include:

  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Residential tenancy agreements

Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or legal executives who have at least 5 years' experience dealing with a wide range of domestic property matters. Ideally the successful applicant will have gained experience working with case management systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join this firm on a full time locum basis.
