Consequently, the firm is now looking to expand its HR team with the appointment of a HR Assistant for its office in Northampton, a thriving county town in the East Midlands.

The Role
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role in a successful law firm? This is an opportune time to join a busy firm and draw upon your HR experience in delivering exciting work. As a HR Assistant, your duties will focus on setting up an online HR package to update and maintain employee records. This database work will also involve ensuring the firm and employees are compliant in health and safety processes. The remainder of the duties the successful HR Assistant will carry out involve: training staff in using the online HR system; general health and safety work; HR accreditation work; general marketing work; annual events organisation; procurement; audits; payroll and; pensions. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
