Office Manager / Practice Manager -

This is a very rare and fascinating opportunity to join a highly successful law firm in central Bristol at a senior level.

You will be joining the firm as an integral part of the senior Management team and will play a leading role in the future development of the firm, helping to develop smoother operating processes and generally improving the efficiency of the of the firm's operation. You should feel confident to manage a number of Fee Earners, motivating and monitoring performance.

This will be a leading role, where you will need to set standards generally for all staff on levels of professionalism and to be an ambassador internally and externally for the firm as a whole.

You will need to have proven leadership / management skills gained at a legal or similar professional organisation, however, candidates from non-legal backgrounds could also be considered. A background in Property conveyancing matters would be a bonus here.
