Commercial Development Solicitor - This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced commercial development solicitor to join a leading commercial law firm in their Birmingham office.
The development solicitor will join a team, reporting to a Partner, handling high value and often complex property development projects on behalf of clients in the retail market.
The commercial development solicitor role will provide the successful applicant with a good deal of client contact and requires an excellent understanding of landlord and tenant, ability to undertake all aspects of site/land due diligence and a good understanding of funding.
Salary dependent upon experience.
