The Firm
Our client is a Lexcel accredited firm based in Bedfordshire. The firm offers a full range of services to a wide range of clientele in the local area and across the wider London and South-East regions. The firm is dedicated to providing an accessible, clear and low-cost service to its diverse clientele, with many of its staff able to deliver advice in a second language. Currently the firm is looking to employ an Immigration Lawyer to add to its growing team of specialists in Bedford.     

The Role
We are now actively seeking a Lawyer will have a minimum of two years post-qualified experience in a reputable Immigration department. Dealing with a mixed range of both Business and Private Immigration matters, the successful Lawyer will advise clients in relation to sponsor license applications, visa applications, settlement and indefinite leave to remain, human rights issues and asylum, deportation and removal matters. The successful Immigration Lawyer will be able to handle their own caseload independently, and will thrive in delivering excellent client service, whilst working to tight deadlines. The Candidate
You will:-
Be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 Year’s PQE in Immigration;
Have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
Be able to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision;
Possess strong IT skills;
Work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
Have good time management skills;
Enjoy business development, marketing and networking.
