Progressive Wilmslow firm is offering a great opportunity for a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer as part of ongoing expansion to join their busy team.  
 
Due to the continued growth and expansion of the Residential Conveyancing department of this law firm, a new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to further strengthen this busy team of 6. They are now looking for an experienced Conveyancer, preferably someone with experience in a non volume/client focused environment. The firm has a developed high end London based client base and have a real focus on client service.
 
This is an ideal role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer - either a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join a fast growing Property department. The role will involve managing a caseload of the full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing matters including sale and purchase of Freehold/Leasehold, New Builds, Transfers of Equity and some Plot Sales/Residential Development matters. 
 
You must have demonstrable experience and be comfortable handling a full Residential Property caseload of Conveyancing files from initial instruction, through to completion.
