A leading commercial law firm with an excellent presence across the UK and globally is seeking to expand their infrastructure and projects department with the addition of an NQ - 2 PQE solicitor.
This is a Top Tier, Legal 500 law firm that has a superb reputation and provides legal services to a range of blue chip clients and also household names.
The department handles a range of matters, much of it arising from procurement of infrastructure projects or service provision. The broader department is involved in a wider variety of commercial and complex contracting work: joint ventures, construction and engineering; outsourced service provision; new forms of delivery and funding of works, infrastructure and front and back office services
Within this role you will be involved in a mix of commercial work across a variety of sectors which could range from infrastructure projects, PFI and PPP schemes and front and back office support, procurement support and commercialisation work for local government
The role would suit a Solicitor or Associate working within private practice or in-house at a reputable organisation in the City or regions. You will be expected to have undertaken excellent training/or be proficient in acting on a wide range of commercial work encompassing the private and public sectors.
