Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Harrogate

Highly rated firm in the healthcare sector seeks qualified solicitor with experience of defendant clinical negligence cases.

As an established NHSLA panel member firm this firm has undertaken defendant clinical negligence work for many years and have a highly rated team in Harrogate.

An opportunity has opened up for a qualified solicitor that's used to handling a caseload of high value cases and enjoys the challenge of defendant work. In the role you can expect to work on a wide range of medical injury claims including those relating to obstetric and birth injury; general surgery; GP negligence; psychological injury; medical care in the prison service; ophthalmology; orthopaedics; paediatrics including infant approval hearings; oncology; and nursing care.

Naturally preference will be given to applications from lawyers with defendant experience, although applications are welcome from claimant lawyers that are passionate about making the move across and are currently running a caseload at a legal 500 or chambers rate practice.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
