Sellick Partnership have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal to join a busy Local Authority based in the Nottinghamshire area on a locum basis.

As a Property Paralegal you will have strong a background in property law work either from a public sector or private practice. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone from a private practice background who is looking to get their foot in door within the public sector.

The duties will include;

  • Supporting a team of property solicitors
  • Preparing and drafting title matters
  • Preparation of documents
  • Investigation of titles

This role is a full time role for 37 hours per week, initially for 12 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension.
