Commercial Property Solicitor - This is an excellent opportunity for a talented commercial property solicitor to join a busy commercial property team based in Warwickshire working with a range of clients offering good quality work on a wide spectrum of commercial property matters. The commercial property work will involve investment property including landlord and tenant, purchases, sales, letting, financing, some development site acquisition.
The successful commercial property solicitor will have at least 3 years PQE, be committed to client care, possess strong technical and personal skills.
