NQ+ Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - Ashford
A professional Law firm based in Ashford, Kent are currently seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This position will involve supporting the development of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice working with the Head of Department. You will have a range of responsibilities, including:
- Liaising with and managing external counsel and senior stake holders within the business.
- Assisting with corporate governance matters, directly supporting the company secretary team.
- Negotiating and drafting a wide range of regional and global commercial contracts, including trading systems agreements, service agreements, specialised consultancy agreements etc.
- Assisting the corporate legal team on bespoke legal projects.
