Court of Protection Paralegal

A Top Tier firm is seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Hampshire office.

Our client is keen to hear from Paralegals with experience in any of the following below:

• Court of Protection (injury)
• High value complex personal injury
• Catastrophic Injury
• Brain Injury
• Medical/Clinical Negligence

Candidates will be working directly with the Head of Department and assisting complex matters. Cases will involve personal injury trusts, capacity and deputyships. Successful candidates will assist solicitors in setting up and managing deputyships within the Court of Protection.  

There are strong career progression opportunities and the firm offers Paralegals various routes to progress within the firm and take on responsibilities. Paralegals at this firm are renumerated fairly and encouraged to aim higher. CILEx candidates are encouraged to apply as the firm may be to assist in sponsoring the qualification.
