Job Details
The ideal Corporate Solicitor will have a good academic record and will have come from a highly regarded firm. You must possess a strong knowledge of a range of corporate/corporate finance matters, including acquisitions and disposals, mergers and takeovers, M&A work, MBOs/MBIs, asset finance, hedging transactions, and joint ventures.
The firm has an impressive client list, acting for a range of corporate clients including public companies, start-up companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and a number of international businesses.
Experience or an interest in business development is essential, as the firm places great importance on maintaining and building relationships with clients. The firm will provide ongoing training and support, and can offer long term career opportunities for ambitious individuals.
