This top 100 National Firm in Leeds are looking for a 3yr + qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in central Leeds. The firm are renown for their expertise in the public arena providing first class legal advice to the health, housing and social care sectors. Rated in the upper Tiers of the Legal 500 and Chambers guide but with a great working environment this really is a great place to work.
The role will be to join their Real Estate team where you will be providing advice for well-known healthcare and other public sector clients. Ideally you will have a background in dealing with Commercial Property matters within Healthcare but that is not essential. What is important is having 3 years + Commercial Property experience at a strong City or Regional practice and good experience in:
- Negotiating Commercial Leases
- Development Agreements
- Commercial Sale and Purchase Transactions
