Real Estate Solicitor
My client is seeking a qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join the firm¿s busy Real Estate team for the Birmingham office. The company are growing rapidly and they are seeking an individual who can be a strong asset to the team.
Working within a busy office the successful candidate must be enthusiastic and passionate about being a central part for the growth of the company.
The role
The firm are now looking to recruit solicitors at various levels from 3+PQE into our successful and busy Birmingham based team, and are seeking candidates demonstrating strong commercial and technical experience in representing clients on a variety of real estate matters. We are particularly interested in candidates offering experience in residential development/housing (acting for developers), landowners and dealing with development agreements, conditional sale agreements, sale agreements, option agreements, overage agreements and reporting on title and searches. You will work in close partnership with an enviable list of national clients and the head of residential development and will have significant opportunities to be involved in business development. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can ¿hit the ground running¿, although support and direction will be provided.
We are happy to consider individuals seeking part-time positions or requiring some flexibility in working arrangements and indeed those interested in relocating to the Midlands.

Skills and qualifications
An excellent academic record and training with a leading city, national or regional firm is required in addition to exceptional client relationship, communication and organisational skills. A commercial and collaborative approach with the ability to progress work quickly is essential. This is a fantastic role within a vibrant, friendly, ambitious, successful and supportive team which has been involved in a
number of 'stand-out' real estate transactions in recent years.
This exciting role is available as a result of new work being won by the team and we are ideally looking for someone who can "hit the ground running", although support and direction will be provided.
