Job Details

A highly regarded Legal 500 listed national commercial practice is seeking to appoint a residential development solicitor to the firms' envied Real Estate Team.

The firm is a highly prominent national law firms that acts for a mixture of blue chip companies and other predominantly high profile clients in a variety of sectors covering real estate, residential property, corporate finance, commercial services, energy and technology to name a few.

You will be joining a specialist property team that deals with site set ups and plot sales (selling) for well known home builders across the UK.

Ideally you will be a property solicitor and be proficient dealing in with plot sales and purchases. You will have a solid understanding of the residential development process and will be well versed in dealing with the residential conveyancing procedure.

Given the firms' standing in the market you will naturally receive a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a substantial holiday allowance as well as private healthcare and medical insurance and a host of other benefits.
