Commercial Property Solicitor 3 PQE +

My client, a well respected regional practice in Ashford, are looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join their busy and expanding property team. My client is looking for solid commercial property experience and experience of general commercial work would be a distinct advantage.

The role will be working under the two commercial property partners, building a caseload and developing your practice within the department.

The role will involve you handling a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds and the letting of various different types of commercial units. Due to the set up of the department there are fantastic opportunities for progression.

The ideal candidate will be at least 3 PQE with experience handling a broad commercial property caseload. Experience developing business will be ideal as well as any supervision experience if you are more senior in your experience.

A competitive salary will be available for the right person and there is a discretionary bonus scheme

If you are interested please apply as directed. For more information, please contact Catherine Knowles at Search Legal on 0203 151 2151 or email Catherine.knowles@search.co.uk
