Residential Conveyancer - A Bristol regional law firm has a requirement for a conveyancer due to continued expansion. the conveyancer will join a busy residential conveyancing team and may be experienced as a residential conveyancer, fee earner or executive. The successful conveyancer to work as part of their team managing a mixed case load. The work requires someone with previous case management experience in conveyancing. It will involve dealing with all types of residential transactions to include freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, new build, part-exchange and remortgage matters.
The conveyancing team act for purchasers and vendors, locally and regionally. The firm offers a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with a healthy work/life balance.
Salary dependent upon experience.
