A Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for an exciting Guildford based opportunity with an ambitious, expanding regional law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong Commercial Property Solicitors looking for an opportunity to stretch their technical skills and develop in a supportive working environment. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience 2-5 yrs PQE and comes with excellent benefits - if you are slightly outside these parameters please still apply.
An expanding, ambitious law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a regional client base that includes small to medium sized business and high net worth individuals.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases from start to need to be experienced in commercial property sale and purchase of freehold, lease hold and green site development. High net worth individuals and large strategic development that can span over a number of years for example purchase of land for shopping centres or housing estates in rural areas.
