Job Details
My client, a Legal 500 ,top draw, Manchester based Law Firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the team at their Altrincham office.
The role will involve managing an existing case load of conveyancing matters from start to finish and will include Sales and Purchase, Right to Buy, Transfer of Equity, Re-Mortgages, Lease Hold and Free Hold. The Department provides a Prestige Conveyancing Service which is bespoke and tailored to each individual clients needs.
You will have a minimum of 7 years PQE and suitable candidates will have experience of managing an existing case load and the ability to business develop and grow the department. The successful candidate will be someone with a good academic background and training, who is looking to further develop their career and maintain a high quality of work in a team-orientated environment. Candidates are required to have excellent residential conveyancing property experience and will need to demonstrate high levels of technical skill and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
