Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer

Due to continued growth and successes, my client seeks a motivated Conveyancer to join a growing team at Reading. The ideal candidate would have residential conveyancing experience or legal qualifications of Solicitor/CILEX/Licenced Conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience from a reputable firm or high street conveyancing firm, handling all types of conveyancing matters.

The individual will be expected to support high volume caseload of residential sale and purchase files and hold the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with freehold and leasehold transaction including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties. They will take full responsibility for each file from instruction to post-completion.

The working environment is supportive and the team holds extensive knowledge and expertise in many aspects on property conveyancing. The chosen Residential Conveyancer will be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

About you:

Must have at least 2 years' experience in residential property transactions.
Efficient and reliable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stamina, resilience and ability to prioritise conflicting caseload.
Excellent computer skills, ability to work independently / on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Time-management skills and a flexible approach to work.
Ability to work meticulously and accurately within a professional code of conduct.
Punctuality and a smart, professional appearance.
