Court of Protection Solicitor

The firm have strong offering in both their service for individuals and services for businesses segments that has seen them put investment into certain practice areas. With this in the mind the firm are looking to add a Solicitor to their Court of Protection team to work on a range related Property and Affairs matters. The chosen Court of Protection Solicitor will help protect and manage the property and financial affairs of people with mental incapacity to prevent them from being exploited or denied what is rightfully theirs.

Ideally the firm would also be looking for Solicitors that have broader exposure to either Private Client or Personal Injury Trusts. In turn this is a great opportunity for a prospective Solicitor to join one of the south East's most highly-rated Court of Protection teams, that is receiving the investment needed to generate work and in training for the staff to be able to deliver a national beating service in this area.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience working in a Court of Protection Property & Affairs team.
- Ideally some exposure to Private Client Trusts.
