Job Details
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years PQE (or equivalent pre qualification) with demonstrable fee earning experience in claimant RTA matters. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 200 fast and multi track RTA cases from inception through to conclusion with little or no supervision and it is expected you will be a confident self starter.
All applicants must be comfortable running their own litigated files and will enjoy working in a busy, target driven environment where performance is competitively rewarded.
There are longer term opportunities for those with aspirations to manage teams and supervise/train junior fee earners and paralegals. Salary to £32,000 + competitive monthly bonus and additional benefits.
