You will work as part of a team that will provide legal advice on a range of construction matters that can include high value new build, extension, refurbishment and residential developments projects. As part of a highly reputable team, you will provide construction related legal advice, both contentious and non-contentious, and work may include proposed transactional, development, sale and purchase agreements; and advise the clients, or third part consultants on the alternative forms of construction contract/procurement route and procurement process, and provide guidance on their suitability of use.
