Job Details

This high street practice based in South Manchester / Cheshire with strong local ties and a small department are looking to expand with the appointment of a solicitor. The role is to deal with a caseload of conveyancing matters and work with a Senior Partner to help develop staff and department

You will need to have managed conveyancing matters from inception to completion with experience of sales & purchase, remortgage, right to buy, new builds, shared ownership and transfer of equity matters on both freehold and leasehold matters. The majority of conveyancing will be for local clients with properties valued around £250,000 - £500,000 however the firm have recently achieved panel membership so there will work on a national scale also. There is both Paralegal and Legal Secretary assistance in place.

There is a fantastic atmosphere at this firm with a strong sense of working for each other, as well as having a sociable team that work well together.

Salary will be based on PQE level however added bonus and benefits are also included with any offer. Fantastic chance to work in a high street environment in an autonomous role that will allow you to deal with a broad client base on a variety of matters.
