Our client is well established firm with multiple office locations in East Anglia. They are a full service firm catering for businesses and individuals. They provide tailored services to suit individual client’s needs in a professional manner and are now seeking an equally client focused Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team in Thetford. The firm offers excellent benefits to the successful Lawyer including the prospects of a partnership. They are located within easy reach of local amenities and good transport links.

We are now seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for a well-regarded firm in Thetford. With excellent client care skills, you must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE within a Commercial Property department. This is a hands on role that requires a Lawyer with the ability to demonstrate client billings in excess of £250k per annum within previous roles. Matters will include: landlord and tenant work; development projects; lease negotiations; acquisitions and disposals and; drafting and renewals. With prospects of a partnership, this role is offered of a full time permanent basis.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE;
You must have solid expertise within a Commercial property department;
Demonstrating client billing in excess of £250k per annum is desirable;
Having a client following is advantageous;
You will be able to work well within a team and on own initiative;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will be IT literate.
