This role will offer really good prospects. You will ultimately be coming in to a blank canvas with lots of autonomy to make the role your own.

The successful candidate is required to have solid experience of commercial property and corporate business transactions and the ability to develop their own caseload (a following would be an advantage) as well as assisting with a range of non-contentious work.

This role will really offer the ability to make an impact. You will ideally be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. You should have good people skills and be a strong business developer. The role here would offer lots of autonomy to make it your own. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE.
