Residential Conveyancer
PQE / Experience: Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor/Fee Earner

The opportunity:
As an experienced conveyancer you will have the ability to independently manage your own caseload and ensure inspirational client service in a fast paced environment. You will have the freedom to manage a healthy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.
 
As a Regional Conveyancer, based remotely, you will work alongside office based conveyancers to achieve the business plan and targets through exceptional delivery.

 
The candidate particulars:
Ideal Candidate Criteria:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years experience handling your own case load of residential conveyancing/residential property matters. Ideally you will have handled a minimum of around 50 cases
• You will be capable of running a mixed case load of freehold and leasehold transactions.
