Job Details
A known law firm in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer for its Residential Property division.
The firm specialises in Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Company and Commercial, Wills and Probate, Tax Planning, Family & Child matters, Employment, and Litigation.
There will be an existing busy caseload of high net worth property matters, however, you will be expected to be ambitious and be pro-active in marketing and winning business.
As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will be mainly dealing with residential property transactions with a wide range of transactions, from leasehold flats to multi-million pound properties.
You will ideally bring with you a constructive approach to problem solving, and work closely with estate agents and mortgage lenders to ensure transactions proceed to a smooth completion.
You will ideally have 5+ years’ experience and be capable of handling a broad array of work.
In return, the firm offers top career prospects to progression to Partnership for the right candidate.
On offer to the successful Residential Property Conveyancer is an attractive salary, along with an annual target related bonus.
