Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for you with this firm in London.
They are an established and well respected full service law firm, operating from modern offices, close to good transport links. A medium sized Commercial Property Team deals with a good mix of commercial transactions; often on behalf of household name clients.
There is a distinct upturn with new instructions and as such they are looking to add to the team, dealing with sales, purchases, landlord & tenant, lease renewals etc.
As the successful Commercial Property Solicitor you will work closely with the Head of Department, gaining ongoing training and support, as well as other senior members of the team with a strong reputation for property transactions.
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor NQ-2PQE, confident in their ability and eager to learn more.
- Have at least a seat in Commercial Property during their training
- Experienced dealing with the London market is a distinct advantage but not essential.
