The Role
The successful Litigation Lawyer will take on an exciting and challenging role within a demanding Litigation department.   Undertaking a complex caseload on litigation matters including advising clients on dispute resolution; partnership disagreements; debt recovery; insolvency; professional negligence and; contractual disputes including boundary disputes and ownership.  The Litigation Lawyer will participate in business development activities, for this role it is essential that the Litigation Lawyer has solid negotiation skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet agreed deadlines.  Please contact Nell for further information quoting reference NJ26730.

The Candidate
You will:
Be a Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE.
Be technically proficient with solid experience in civil litigation.
Have comprehensive knowledge of commercial litigation.
Have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Be highly organised able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Be keen to participate in business development activities.
