 About the Role?

The role will involve managing a varied regulatory caseload of general adult social services, child protection, education and local government law cases.

You will be confident and experienced in attending applications and hearings at court.

This is a very diverse role offering a wide range of advices to clients such as individual healthcare practitioners who are potentially going through criminal and professional regulatory sanctions, healthcare clients on issues such as best interest decisions to DPA requests to inquests, local authority clients on governance and adult/child care.

You will be confident and experienced in attending applications and hearings at court.

You will be able to achieve and hit financial and chargeable targets whilst complying with relevant policies and procedures.
