Highly regarded, global law firm are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join their real estate team based in Manchester.

The core real estate team works across the world, providing clients with the benefit of local representation coupled with national and international resource. They have the capability to handle both major corporate transactions as well as the day-to-day portfolio management across multiple jurisdictions. From the most strategic project through to the routine work, they deliver with the benefit of planning, tax, construction and environmental support that’s available when required.

The partners are seeking to appoint a newly qualified real estate lawyer to the team. Working within one of the strongest teams in the UK, you will be acting for a range of clients including major developers, investors, local authorities and funders on multi million pound development work.

The successful candidate will ideally be joining from a national or large regional practice. Candidates must have completed at least 6 months in real estate as part of their training contract, be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
