An ambitious and driven Healthcare Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with one of the top tier defendant firms for Clinical Negligence acting for healthcare professionals in Medical Negligence matters. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
A leading law firm specialising in dispute resolution and insurance law, my client delivers a Legal 500 and Chambers rated legal service to a broad client base that includes many FTSE 100 companies, Insurers, medical defence organisations, professional regulatory bodies, local authorities and other public sector institutions.
The successful Healthcare Solicitor will join a highly rated team who act for on a full range of healthcare matters, including professional discipline, clinical negligence, Coroner's Inquests, criminal liability, Inquiries and public law. Defending Medical Negligence claims on behalf of NHS Trusts, individual doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals you will also provide representation at inquests into deaths where negligent medical treatment has been alleged; offering support and guidance before and during formal inquests into all types of surgery deaths, hospital deaths and deaths following misdiagnosis of illnesses.
Applications are invited from experienced, ambitious Healthcare Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE, looking for a challenge and an opportunity to progress in a top law firm. This role would suit Solicitors with a proven track record in a Defendant Clinical Negligence team within a similar commercial firm, however, those with solid claimant experience will also be considered. Good academics will underpin strong communication skills and the ability to enhance and develop professional relationships.
The successful candidate can expect the highest quality work, including values in excess of £5 million, as well as excellent long term prospects.
This is a one-off opportunity with a top tier, London based, firm of Solicitors. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience plus and excellent benefits package.
