Private Client Solicitor

A highly regarded law firm are looking for a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent.

The client is a Multi-office practice, they specialise in various fields of law, deal with high quality work and are now looking for a full-time fee earner at Solicitor level, who has some experience in dealing/handling private client cases.  

The firm offers a friendly working environment and an opportunity to deal with some high net-worth work. Training will be provided for those who require the same.

You must be admitted as a solicitor or legal executive or equivalent and have 0-2 years PQE. You must have had some exposure to handling private client cases, work efficiently and be well organised.

You will be required to undertake fee-earning work which will include meeting with clients to take instructions and provide advice about wills, power of attorney and court protection deputyship work, draft wills, powers of attorney, court of protection applications and accounts relating to the estate of deputyship files, deal with estates and research points of law in respect of benefits, tax, trusts and estates.
