TSR Legal are currently partnering with a client in Newport who are looking to recruit a Commercial Paralegal to work within the expanding in house Legal team.

As a Commercial Paralegal you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Commercial Services providing commercial support to the organisation. Within the Legal team the role of Commercial Paralegal will involve the reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts, involvement in tenders reviews and responses, implementing and administering key policies and procedures as well as carrying out research and supporting due diligence activities.

This client is requiring a candidate who has at least 6 months experience in a Commercial department within a Legal practice. To be considered, my client is looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills both written and oral as well as strong commercial and business aptitude.
