Debt Recovery Solicitor

An experienced Debt Recovery Solicitor is sought by an excellent Blackburn based Law Firm who are long established in the North West market.

Applications are invited from Solicitors with 3+ years of Debt Recovery experience, with demonstrable experience of Litigation in this area.

You will be joining a growing Firm which is reporting considerable success in traditional and new Practice Areas over recent years. Their Debt Recovery team is well established and is busy, and as such you will be handling a busy caseload of c.200 files, whilst assisting in the strategic development of the department. There is also the possibility of team management for the right candidate. The successful Debt Recovery Solicitor will be involved in high value and complex cases across multiple areas of debt recovery.
