Senior Property Solicitor

I am working with one of the North Wests leading law firms and they are seeking for a Senior Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, who is ready to take the next step in their career, to join their established Property Team.

The firm has been around since the 1870’s and they have into a broad-based modern firm who are eager to grow, embrace change and opportunity, whilst at the same time, remain proud of their heritage and traditions.

The practice has various offices based within the North West and offers client’s a complete range of legal and financial services.

The candidate

To be considered for this role, you must be 5 years + PQE and have prior experience in dealing with Property matters, in particular, you must possess strong Commercial and Technical experience in representing clients on a variety of Commercial Property matters.

You will be required to handle your own caseload of Commercial Property cases, work on big projects and work in close partnership with the team’s head of department. There will also be opportunities to be involved in business development and building strong client relationships.
